Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, but I encountered noise issues in the halls, a flooded bathtub, and a terrible smell. However, the bathroom was large, and the shower was really nice. The service provided by the staff was exceptional and truly elevated my experience, especially by the three outstanding men and the attentive wait staff. On the downside, some personnel seemed poorly trained. The location of the hotel was both beautiful and conveniently close to Downtown, although I did notice an unpleasant smell resembling cow poop at times. The dining experience was a bit of a letdown with expensive and average-quality food options available only for a limited time in Orange Restaurante. Despite some setbacks, the facilities offered by the hotel were good, providing various services like room service, grocery shopping, and shuttle service.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were cozy and had a private patio surrounded by beautiful flowers and trees. It felt so relaxing to sit outside and enjoy the peaceful ambiance. The bed was king-sized and comfortable. The hotel is uniquely built into a hillside, so the third floor actually felt like the ground floor, adding to the charm. The bathroom was spacious with a really nice shower. The service was top-notch, with kind and attentive staff making me feel special. However, there were some employees who seemed a bit inexperienced. The location was great, near the entrance of a small town where the beautiful art was casually placed in public areas. Although there was a slight smell issue outside, the beauty of the surroundings and the celebratory atmosphere during my visit for September 15 made up for it. The dining experience was a mix of high prices and disappointing food quality, except for the excellent dishes at Orange Restaurante. The facilities were satisfactory, but the price for dining wasn't justified. Overall, a lovely stay with minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-great experiences. The rooms were a bit noisy due to ongoing remodeling, but I loved having a private patio surrounded by flowers and trees for relaxation. The service was outstanding, although the location had a slight downside with an unexpected smell. The dining experience was delightful, especially at Orange Restaurante, but not up to Marriott standards. The overall facilities were satisfactory, but the noise from celebrations in the halls was a drawback.
